Motor Condo FAQ

  • Can I sell or rent my motor condo unit?

    Yes, you own your luxury motor condo and you can do as you please. Feel free to rent your unit out, improve the space with construction and furnishing, and even invest in and sell your unit.

  • Can I install a car lift or lifts?

    Absolutely. Our poured concrete floors can handle the load and you are encouraged to maximize your space.

  • Can I run a business out of the space?

    Unfortunately we do not allow a ‘come and go’ business to be run out of the motor condo units due to the security concern for other members. That said, you are welcome to work in your unit, bring guests, and enjoy the space.

  • Is there an HOA?

    Yes, and the HOA will be member run. Every motor condo member will be given the opportunity to show up to our annual meeting to discuss landscaping, property management, fees, rules, and regulations.

  • Hurricane & Flood Proof?

    Yes, even the ‘ground floor’ is elevated to avoid any water damage. Additionally, we build with a concrete and steel structure and hurricane rated windows. Preserving and protecting your investment is our number one concern.

  • Can I modify the exterior of my unit?

    No. All construction, modification, improvements, and furnishings must take place inside your unit.

Private Storage FAQ

  • Can I rent my unit to somebody else?

    No, we do not allow subletting in our facility. This is a security and liability concern for our other members. For this reason, all cars are logged and our security team is made aware every time a member enters our garage.

  • Can I install a car lift or lifts?

    Sorry, we do not allow construction of any kind to our open storage stalls or private storage garages. You’re welcome to hang photos or posters in our private units, but any construction is not allowed.

  • Can I store my landscaping truck?

    Because we want to keep our indoor storage facility as clean as possible, no commercial use vehicles will be allowed.

  • Do you have electric vehicle storage?

    Yes, select stalls will be equipped with electric charging stations. These spaces are highly limited - act quickly.

  • Hurricane & Flood Proof?

    Yes, even the ‘ground floor’ is elevated to avoid any water damage. Additionally, we build with a concrete and steel structure and hurricane rated windows. The indoor storage garage is located 20’ above sea level.

  • Can I change my oil in my parking space?

    Service and maintenance are not permitted in our general storage facility. If you are renting a private garage and want to perform light maintenance, please feel free. Let’s keep the facility clean and premium for all members to enjoy.
